<div>Tilia - Senior Accountant <br>Location: San Francisco<br>Reporting to: Tilia GM and Thunes Head of Finance US<br><br>Role Context<br>Tilia will operate with its own P&L, while integrating into Thunes’ reporting, treasury, and governance standards. In the payments context, Finance is an operational finance function that ensures settlement integrity, reconciliation accuracy, revenue tracking, and scalable reporting.<br><br>This role will build and lead a finance function covering financial reporting, revenue operations, invoicing & collections, reconciliation, and bank account management.<br>Role Purpose</div>
<ul>
<li>Owning payments finance operations: reconciliation and settlement integrity.</li>
<li>Building and delivering monthly BU reporting and P&L management aligned with Thunes reporting standards.</li>
<li>Driving planning and forecast discipline aligned to FY26 growth targets.</li>
<li>The Senior Accountant will report to the Head of Finance of Thunes USA</li>
</ul>
<div>Key Responsibilities<br>1. Financial Reporting & BU P&L</div>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly P&L and executive reporting for the Tilia BU.</li>
<li>Interface with Thunes finance to ensure reporting and governance alignment.</li>
</ul>
<div>2. Revenue Operations & Forecasting</div>
<ul>
<li>Own pipeline tracking, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales and Product to support pricing models and contract economics.</li>
</ul>
<div>3. Invoice & Collections</div>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and issue invoices in line with contract terms.</li>
<li>Track collections, resolve disputes, and ensure receivable health.</li>
</ul>
<div>4. Payments Reconciliation</div>
<ul>
<li>Own reconciliation for pay-in and pay-out flows with partners and customers.</li>
<li>Drive process improvement and automation to reduce reconciliation discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
<div>5. Bank Account Management & Settlement</div>
<ul>
<li>Manage settlement-related (including safeguarding account) bank accounts and ensure best practice controls.</li>
<li>Partner with Thunes Treasury and Finance to optimize liquidity and settlement processes.</li>
</ul>
<div>6. Tax Reporting<br><br></div>
<div>Professional Experience & Qualifications</div>
<ul>
<li>6-8 years finance experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or processing environments.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of settlement cycles, reconciliation, controls, and payments revenue recognition.</li>
<li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting for scaling businesses.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Extremely detail-oriented with strong controls and governance mindset.</li>
<li>Operational rigor, process improvement orientation, and automation mindset.</li>
<li>Able to balance startup build velocity with regulated business discipline.</li>
<li>Confident interfacing with Group Finance and senior executive stakeholders.</li>
