Accountant

We are seeking a detail-driven and motivated accounting professional to join us as an Accountant to help uphold strong financial governance across all of Toly’s business entities. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, transparency, and integrity in our financial operations—supporting a company where creativity meets precision.

Key responsibilities include:     

• Maintain financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Manage the customer invoicing and receivable recovery process.
• Drafting monthly management accounts and present financial results to management.
• Prepare cashflow reports.
• Drafting of rolling forecasts.
• Process VAT Recaps monthly and VAT Returns.
• Support in the preparation of the group budget.
• Prepare any documentation necessary for company audits.
• Follow-up debtors and issue debtors’ report on a weekly basis.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• In possession of a Bachelor’s Degree MQF Level 6 in Finance, Accountancy r equivalent, or currently following of an ACCA qualification
• A minimum of three years' Accounting experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams
• Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably on Business Central
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
