You will consistently deliver high-quality work and excellent client service, with strong follow-through and uncompromising quality standards being critical to success in this role.</span></span></p> <h4 data-start="945" data-end="971">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul data-start="972" data-end="1765"> <li data-start="972" data-end="1058">Record accounting transactions and prepare trial balances and financial statements</li> <li data-start="1059" data-end="1199">Perform audit procedures over cash, A/R, A/P, inventory, fixed assets, prepaid and accrued expenses, debt, and income statement accounts</li> <li data-start="1200" data-end="1277">Prepare tax returns and supporting work papers accurately and efficiently</li> <li data-start="1278" data-end="1346">Apply a working knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations</li> <li data-start="1347" data-end="1411">Demonstrate familiarity with FASB, AICPA, and GASB standards</li> <li data-start="1412" data-end="1485">Understand and adhere to AICPA rules, regulations, and code of ethics</li> <li data-start="1486" data-end="1547">Interpret and apply relevant IRC sections and regulations</li> <li data-start="1548" data-end="1618">Meet chargeable hour targets with accurate time and record keeping</li> <li data-start="1619" data-end="1696">Demonstrate a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes</li> <li data-start="1697" data-end="1765">Manage multiple clients while maintaining high service standards</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="1772" data-end="1805">Qualifications &amp; Experience</h4> <p data-start="1807" data-end="1821"><strong data-start="1807" data-end="1819">Required</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="1822" data-end="1857">Bachelor’s degree in accounting</li> <li data-start="1858" data-end="1914">Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience</li> <li data-start="1915" data-end="1958">Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online</li> <li data-start="1959" data-end="2014">Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously</li> <li data-start="2015" data-end="2045">Team management experience</li> <li data-start="2046" data-end="2122">Availability to work US hours with a 4–6 hour overlap (client dependent)</li> <li>Industry experience in Construction (job costing, WIP, project-based accounting) and Healthcare (high-volume bookkeeping, operational accounting)</li> </ul> <h4 data-start="2327" data-end="2352">Skills &amp; Attributes</h4> <ul data-start="2353" data-end="3007"> <li data-start="2353" data-end="2403">Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li data-start="2404" data-end="2460">Excellent time management and organizational ability</li> <li data-start="2461" data-end="2524">High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills</li> <li data-start="2525" data-end="2589">Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technical software</li> <li data-start="2590" data-end="2663">Collaborative mindset during planning, decision-making, and execution</li> <li data-start="2664" data-end="2726">High level of integrity, dependability, and accountability</li> <li data-start="2727" data-end="2790">Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines</li> <li data-start="2791" data-end="2851">Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> <li data-start="2852" data-end="2923">Team-oriented, able to build trust and strong working relationships</li> <li data-start="2924" data-end="3007">Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Note:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>&nbsp;This description indicates, in general terms, the type and level of work performed and responsibilities held by the team member(s).
