About the Role
As an Accountant – Securitisation, you will oversee the accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance of a portfolio of securitisation vehicles. You will ensure the accuracy of financial statements, liaise with auditors and tax authorities, and contribute to the efficiency of accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage periodic and year-end financial closings, ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
Oversee the accounting treatment of securitisation transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare and review VAT returns, Corporate Tax returns, and regulatory filings related to securitisation structures.
Act as a key point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and clients, addressing financial and accounting queries.
Monitor cash flows, reconciliations, and payment processing for securitisation vehicles.
Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
Work closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Your Profile
Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
At least 3-5 years of experience in securitisation accounting or a similar role in Luxembourg.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP; IFRS experience is an asset.
Familiarity with securitisation structures, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in Luxembourg.
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a deadline-driven environment.
