Senior Accountant - US GAAP

<p><strong>ABOUT THE Senior Accountant - US GAAP ROLE:</strong><br>WIN is a leading proptech company, and we’re expanding our finance team! We’re looking&nbsp;for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in US GAAP and full-cycle accounting. In this&nbsp;role, you’ll handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits - going beyond just AP/AR.&nbsp;If you're passionate about accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management, we’d&nbsp;love to hear from you!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><br>1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and&nbsp;financial transactions<br>2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements<br>3. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies<br>4. Perform account reconciliations and journal entries to maintain financial accuracy<br>5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis<br>6. Lead and support year-end audit processes, working closely with auditors and tax&nbsp;professionals<br>7. Identify process improvements and contribute to financial strategy</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br>1. Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory<br>2. CPA - Preferred<br>3. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<br>4. Minimum 4+ years of overall accounting experience, with at least 3 years of recent&nbsp;experience in US accounting (post-article ship)<br>5. Strong experience with US GAAP and financial reporting standards<br>6. Proven experience in handling year-end audits independently<br>7. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or other accounting software<br>8. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy<br>9.
