About the role
- Conduct daily accounting tasks, such as ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Utilize tools for the analysis of financial data, pinpointing trends, risks, and avenues for optimization.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, tailoring approaches to regional demands with our AI technology.
- Collaborate with the finance team to refine financial strategies and processes.
- Generate precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Aid in the budgeting and forecasting process, offering insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Pursue ongoing education to remain current with industry trends and technological advancements in finance and AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CPA or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI-based financial tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- A staunch commitment to ethical financial practices and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency with AI-based financial tools and technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership capacity within an accounting or finance department.
