Tasks
**Key Responsibilities:
**
Worked in 1C accounting system: processing payment requests, preparing payment registers (for director approval), reconciling bank statements, recording incoming and outgoing invoices for goods and services
Performed reconciliations with customers and suppliers
Maintained and updated internal operational and financial tracking files
**Banking & Financial Operations (UAE):**
Acted as an authorized signatory in interactions with UAE banks, including submission of applications, data updates, and ongoing banking support
Completed and managed banking documentation, including KYC/AML forms, authorized signatory updates, product applications, and service activation requests
Managed end-to-end process of changing authorized signatories: preparation of corporate documents, coordination of signatories, submission to banks, and status follow-up
Prepared and provided corporate and financial documentation upon bank requests, including financial statements, incorporation documents, UBO details, proof of address, source of funds, and business activity justification
Worked with online banking platforms: uploading documents, tracking request statuses, and navigating multiple banking interfaces
Managed relationships with multiple banks simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring timely responses to all requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Proficiency in 1C and Excel
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Hands-on experience in opening and managing corporate bank accounts in the UAE
