The role is a part of the Central Accounting Team responsible for all Global Flix entities.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and follow-up on resolution of old/unusual open items</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Create monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, book monthly journal entries</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Establish IFRS Adjustments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities for process improvements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft clear and concise documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support with preparing requested documentation and reports for external and internal audits</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform additional duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 24pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1-4 years experience in General Ledger Accounting</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with a month end close process, reconciliations, and recording into an ERP</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in English</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-growing international environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">System experience with ERP required, ORACLE Fusion as a plus</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
