We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Intern to join our European Finance Team. This is a great opportunity for a student who wants to kick-start a career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will report directly to the Accounting Lead and contribute to day-to-day operations as well as month-end activities. What you’ll do As an Accounting Intern, you will support the team with both recurring activities and improvement initiatives, including: <ul> <li>Assist the Accounting Team with daily tasks and month-end close activities</li> <li>Help prepare, review, and post journal entries under guidance</li> <li>Support the team in preparing for local statutory filings and audit-related requests</li> <li>Help maintain accurate documentation and assist with basic reconciliations (as needed)</li> <li>Contribute to projects that improve accounting and finance processes, tools, and ways of working</li> </ul> What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, structured, and comfortable working with numbers and detail. <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HBO/WO) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li> <li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li> <li>Strong communication skills and comfortable working with different stakeholders</li> <li>Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable</li> <li>Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly</li> </ul> Nice to have <ul> <li>Previous internship, part-time job, or coursework relevant to accounting/finance</li> <li>Basic familiarity with accounting concepts (e.g., journals, debits/credits, close process)</li> <li>Experience with Excel or other tools used for data handling/reporting</li> <li>Interest in working in a fast-growing, international company environment</li> </ul> What you’ll gain This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning and real exposure to accounting practices in a global organization. <ul> <li>Hands-on experience supporting European accounting operations</li> <li>Exposure to the month-end close process, journal entries, and compliance requirements</li> <li>Experience supporting statutory and audit-related activities</li> <li>Opportunities to contribute to process improvements and build practical skills</li> <li>Coaching and support from the Accounting Manager and the wider Finance team</li> </ul>   </div> <div> </div> <div> Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
