Overview
Location: Hybrid, Greenwood Village, CO
Job Type: Full time / Direct Hire
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card
The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for an Accounting Coordinator. Ideal candidate will have experience in an accounting or AP/AR role and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Process and enter vendor invoices
- Verify invoices and supporting documentation
- Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquires
- Upload invoices and post revenue
- Apply customer payments
- Respond to routine customer billing inquiries
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School Diploma
- Associate degree or higher preferred
Required Experience:
- 1+ years of accounting, AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of accounting practices
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience in NetSuite is a plus
