You are responsible for providing responsive, supportive, accurate, timely, and effective financial operations support.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Areas of Responsibility&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><strong>Delivering Client Value.</strong></p> <p>You will drive client value through your effective execution of our standard delivery model and in alignment with our 6 C’s framework. You will implement best practices, streamline processes and&nbsp; implement technology where appropriate to maximize the value for your clients. You will maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for your client relationships to ensure consistent&nbsp; knowledge sharing and effective client coverage across the team.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will foster strong relationships with your owned client relationships. You will provide consistent,&nbsp; responsive support, and apply an open, curious mindset to best anticipate and address the needs&nbsp; of your clients. You will escalate to your team leader any unfamiliar requests or requirements and&nbsp; ideas on how to best deliver continual value. You will collaborate with your team members and&nbsp; across the franchise network to identify and bring solutions to optimize on your clients’ financial&nbsp; operations solutions in support of their unique requirements and effective client coverage.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Delivering Team Value.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>You will take ownership in learning and adopting our client delivery model, and understanding and adoption of our purpose, mission and 6 C’s framework. Your success is dependent on contributing to your clients and team in a manner that is consistent with our model and values.</p> <p>You will demonstrate a growth mindset, regularly reflecting on your work, seeking and implementing feedback, and adapting your approach based on guidance from management.</p> <p>You will serve as a member of your team and the Client Delivery organization as a whole. You will&nbsp; work closely with other team members to achieve the overall Client Delivery team’s objectives.&nbsp; This includes sharing of best practices and identifying and collaborating on ideas to improve on&nbsp; our client delivery operations.</p> <p>You will provide your leader with insight into the health of your client relationships, flagging early&nbsp; indicators of risks to your clients’ success and providing recommended paths for resolution. Work is expected to be conducted per an agreed upon schedule during normal business hours.
