About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to support both the accounting and corporate legal teams by managing our intercompany loans and guarantees using our existing internal tool, Corima. (Training on this tool will be provided)
Tasks:
Master data maintenance
Inputting data on e.g. contract extensions, partial repayments, credit line adjustments, and contract terminations.
Performing interest calculation at the end of each quarter and on a demand basis.
Communication with colleagues in Mutares Holding and the portfolio companies.
Coordination with (local) accounting departments and legal department.
Assistance in intercompany reconciliation processes.
Profile:
High dedication and ownership.
English is a must-have, German would be of additional benefit.
Accounting background with approx. 5y of experience.
