If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.</p> <h2>About the Role</h2> <p>We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst – PTP to support the efficient execution of Accounts Payable activities across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll sit within the finance function and work closely with procurement, finance, operational teams, and suppliers to help ensure smooth end-to-end PTP operations. You’ll play a key role in accurate and timely invoice processing, payment preparation, vendor account maintenance, and day-to-day query resolution.</p> <p>This is an important role for maintaining data accuracy, financial control, and compliance across AP processes. Your work will help the business operate efficiently by resolving discrepancies quickly, supporting reliable payment cycles, and upholding company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.</p> <h2>What you'll be doing</h2> <ul> <li value="1"><strong><strong class="textBold">Process</strong></strong> supplier invoices in ERP and PTP systems with accurate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation</li> <li value="2"><strong><strong class="textBold">Review</strong></strong> invoices to ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards</li> <li value="3"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> end-to-end Accounts Payable activities across the Procure-to-Pay process</li> <li value="4"><strong><strong class="textBold">Maintain</strong></strong> accuracy and consistency of AP data across systems</li> <li value="5"><strong><strong class="textBold">Perform</strong></strong> three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts</li> <li value="6"><strong><strong class="textBold">Investigate</strong></strong> invoice issues related to pricing, quantities, tax treatment, or contractual terms</li> <li value="7"><strong><strong class="textBold">Resolve</strong></strong> discrepancies in a timely manner to avoid delays in processing and payment</li> <li value="8"><strong><strong class="textBold">Identify</strong></strong> exceptions and drive issue resolution with relevant stakeholders</li> <li value="9"><strong><strong class="textBold">Manage</strong></strong> vendor account activities, including supplier inquiries and statement reconciliations</li> <li value="10"><strong><strong class="textBold">Prepare</strong></strong> and support payment runs in line with agreed payment terms</li> <li value="11"><strong><strong class="textBold">Respond</strong></strong> to AP-related queries from business stakeholders, procurement teams, and suppliers</li> <li value="12"><strong><strong class="textBold">Resolve</strong></strong> outstanding vendor issues to maintain accurate account balances</li> <li value="13"><strong><strong class="textBold">Ensure</strong></strong> compliance with internal accounting policies, audit requirements, and applicable VAT regulations</li> <li value="14"><strong><strong class="textBold">Support</strong></strong> month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting</li> <li value="15"><strong><strong class="textBold">Monitor</strong></strong> assigned AP tasks to ensure deadlines and control requirements are met</li> <li value="16"><strong><strong class="textBold">Identify</strong></strong> opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within AP operations</li> <li value="17"><strong><strong class="textBold">Collaborate</strong></strong> with finance, procurement, and other teams to support smooth PTP workflows</li> </ul> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li value="1">2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay operations, preferably in an international or shared services environment</li> <li value="2">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li value="3">Experience working with ERP systems and AP automation tools, such as NetSuite or similar financial systems</li> <li value="4">Strong understanding of purchase order-based invoicing, three-way matching, and end-to-end PTP processes</li> <li value="5">Basic knowledge of financial compliance requirements and indirect taxes, including VAT</li> <li value="6">Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies</li> <li value="7">Good analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment</li> <li value="8">Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively</li> <li value="9">Proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and drive resolutions independently</li> <li value="10">Effective communication skills with the ability to work with vendors and internal stakeholders</li> <li value="11">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other finance tools</li> <li value="12">Fluent English language skills</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer you</h2> <p>At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
