This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented setting, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.</p> <p>The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. Working closely with Accounting, Supply Chain, and cross functional business stakeholders, this individual will help support month-end close activities, maintain strong vendor relationships, and contribute to the development of scalable processes as the company continues to grow.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process a high volume of invoices and requests—ensure proper coding, contract, and purchase order review, approvals, and adherence to company procedures</li> <li>Assist with month-end close processes by ensuring all invoices are accurately coded and entered, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving outstanding discrepancies</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships by maintaining pristine records, facilitating vendor relationships and communications, and proactively resolving issues and discrepancies</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain.
