We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Accounts Payable Clerk</strong> to join our finance team in Newport Beach.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>Position Overview:</strong></h3> <p>The <strong>Accounts Payable Clerk</strong> plays a critical role in ensuring that Haven Hub’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This person will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Accurately process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.</li> <li>Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for approval.</li> <li>Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.</li> <li>Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist in month-end closing.</li> <li>Support the Finance team with audits and reporting as needed.</li> <li>Assist with subcontractor onboarding from a payment standpoint (e.g., W9 verification, ACH setup).</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.</li> <li>Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li> <li>Experience working in construction, home services, or a subcontractor-heavy business is highly preferred.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $25/hour, depending on experience.</li> <li><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time, W2</li> <li>PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) available after probationary period.</li> <li>Growth opportunities in a scaling home services organization.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Check out our Careers Page: </strong><a href="https://havenhub.com/careers/"><strong>https://havenhub.com/careers/</strong><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong></a><strong>HavenHub is an equal opportunity employer.
