The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in accounts payable processes and a strong understanding of financial principles.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.<br>• Review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.<br>• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.<br>• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.<br>• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and update accounting databases and systems as needed.<br>• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations.<br>• Perform corporate credit card reconciliations and follow up on missing receipts or incorrect expense coding.<br>• Assist with vendor onboarding and maintenance, including collecting tax forms, banking details, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.<br>• Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and avoid payment delays.<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and finance, to streamline accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.<br>• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline AP operations and reduce manual work.<br>• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations related to accounts payable.<br><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<br>• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Good to Have:</strong><br>• Experience with NetSuite.</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div id="message-list_bottomSpacer"></div> </div> </div> </div> <div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.</em></p></div>
