This position is onsite.</span></p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Enter and balance accounts payable transactions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor credit card charges and coding for expenses</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with various accounting team projects</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support Finance team with recurring monthly spreadsheets using Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot tables and Vlookups</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist Financial administrators with help as needed</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Process accounts payable transactions</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Post all invoices into the accounting system</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Handle and resolve disputed invoices</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Request credits from vendors and reconcile company credit card accounts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare vendor payments and create client invoices</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
