It streamlines compute, orchestration, security, and observability, helping organizations in high-growth markets like India adopt AI faster, safer, and more cost-efficiently.</p> <hr> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>Join Neysa as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing end-to-end receivables, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong financial discipline.</p> <p>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain customer account accuracy, improve cash flow, and support financial operations in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.</p> <hr> <p><strong>What you’ll achieve in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure accurate and timely invoicing aligned with contracts and business terms</li> <li>Improve cash flow through effective collections and follow-ups</li> <li>Maintain high accuracy in customer account management and reconciliations</li> <li>Provide actionable insights through AR reporting and analysis</li> <li>Drive process improvements in receivables and billing operations</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and send accurate invoices based on contracts, orders, and agreed terms</li> <li>Ensure proper tax (GST) application and compliance on all invoices</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Process credit notes and billing adjustments as required</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections</li> <li>Follow up with customers/accounts managers on overdue invoices and resolve payment disputes</li> <li>Maintain accurate customer account records including payments, credits, and adjustments</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to resolve account discrepancies</li> <li>Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure proper application of payments</li> <li>Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly AR reports</li> <li>Ensure all AR data is updated in financial systems and tools</li> <li>Work closely with IT teams to resolve system-related issues</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Customer Support) for smooth billing and collections</li> <li>Apply incoming payments accurately against open invoices</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and implement best practices</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li> <li>Experience in IT, SaaS, or technology industry (preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of AR processes, billing, and financial reporting</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Primary Skills (Must Have)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and general accounting principles</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho, Monetise, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or similar)</li> <li>Advanced skills in MS Excel</li> <li>Experience with billing and invoicing systems (preferably in IT/SaaS environments)</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with SaaS-based billing or subscription models</li> <li>Familiarity with international invoicing and collections processes</li> <li>Exposure to financial practices in AI or software industries</li> <li>Experience in process automation or financial system optimization</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Why This Role is a Unique Opportunity at Neysa</strong></p> <p>This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology within a fast-growing AI company.
