ACMV Project Engineer (Energy Solutions)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects related to Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and analyze project requirements and design specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the selection and procurement of ACMV equipment and systems.
• Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for installation, commissioning, and testing of ACMV systems.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project engineering, preferably in ACMV systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to ACMV systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
