- Perform complete bathroom remodel installations including wall systems, fixtures, and accessories.
- Utilize trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing to complete high-quality installations.
- Follow established installation standards, ensuring all work meets company and customer expectations.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect the customer’s home.
- Accurately document project details, including photos and required paperwork.
- Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to stay job-ready.
- Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism and pride on every project.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, or remodeling
- Proficiency with tools and measurement equipment (tape measure, level, combination square, etc.)
- Basic plumbing experience required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Personal enclosed trailer and tools
- Active Georgia contractor’s license (strongly preferred)
- Bathroom or kitchen remodeling
- Finish or trim carpentry
- Flooring installation
- General residential construction
