Ad Traffic Coordinator (Seasonal)

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">MLB is seeking a part-time Ad Operations Coordinator who will primarily be responsible for trafficking and managing digital advertising campaigns. These video and display ad campaigns run across a myriad of devices and platforms including MLB.TV (Desktop, Mobile, and CTV streaming devices), MLB.com, MLB’s 30 team sites, and the MLB mobile app. This role reports directly to the Ad Operations Manager and works closely with our Client Services, Marketing, Ticketing, and E-Commerce departments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Being an expert ad trafficker in Google Ad Manager to set up complex ad campaigns and custom sponsorship programs</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Building out and/or pushing campaign orders from our order management system (FatTail’s AdBook+) to our ad server (Google Ad Manager)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Must have a flexible, personable attitude – the job requires constant information sharing across departments;
