In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:210,&quot;335559739&quot;:210,&quot;335559740&quot;:300}">&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production&nbsp;happening in-house&nbsp;across our global offices and&nbsp;manufacturing&nbsp;facilities.&nbsp;Our&nbsp;teams&nbsp;come&nbsp;from&nbsp;industries&nbsp;around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence.&nbsp;By refusing to settle, you&nbsp;can&nbsp;help&nbsp;redefine&nbsp;what’s&nbsp;possible and&nbsp;shape the future of mobility.</span></strong></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <p>· Take ownership of specifications, system requirements, and system architecture for both internal and external supplier-provided systems.</p> <p>· Lead and contribute to validation tests on component and vehicle levels.</p> <p>· Coordinate and facilitate discussions between internal ADAS/AD development teams, external suppliers, and cross-functional technical teams.</p> <p>· Collaborate closely with the functional safety team to ensure compliance with ISO26262 standards.</p> <p>· Explore and implement simulation, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and vehicle test approaches for efficient (sub-)system testing and validation.</p> <p>· Contribute to the definition and build-up of the test vehicle fleet, test benches, and calibration installations.</p> <p>· Develop and improve test plans, conduct data analysis, and participate in feature validation tests.</p> <p>· Enhance the integration process through automation and efficient test strategies.</p> <p>· Leverage state-of-the-art processes and tools for architecture, requirements, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <p>· Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.</p> <p>· 5+ years of related experience, with a proven track record in hardware/software systems for ADAS or AD automotive features.</p> <p>· Deep experience in designing, debugging, testing, and bringing up complex hardware/software systems.</p> <p>· Capability and creativity to complete projects successfully in innovative startup environments.</p> <p>· Several years of working experience at automotive Tier 1/2 suppliers or OEMs, with a deep understanding of automotive processes and workflows.</p> <p>· Programming skills and data analysis tool experience (e.g., C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, CANoe/CANape/CANalyzer, CAPL scripting).</p> <p>· Experience with requirements management tools such as JAMA, DOORS, Polarion, or similar.</p> <p>· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>· Master's degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.</p> <p>· 3 years of related experience or equivalent work experience (PhD without experience).</p> <p>· Demonstrated expertise in system engineering for ADAS/AD features in mass production</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <div> <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
