About the role

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Roaming, Customer Support and inet technical operations Departments. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordinating meetings, obtaining supplies, coordinating correspondences, working on special projects, answering non-routine correspondence and assembling confidential and other sensitive information. The role interacts with a diverse group of external clients and visitors as well as internal personnel at all levels of the Authority. Independent judgment is required in planning, prioritizing and organizing the workload.
