The Role
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, meeting arrangements, and events for team members.
- Prepare and maintain business documents, sales reports, and presentations.
- Support general office operations and assist with implementing internal processes and procedures.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the key liaison between the sales team, internal departments, external vendors, and customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and troubleshooting across various communication channels.
- Monitor and manage open support tickets to ensure prompt resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external logistics providers to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
Data & Resource Management
- Maintain databases, records, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Track budgets, expenses, inventory and procurement-related documentation.
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations support role.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage data accurately, generate reports, maintain records, and support operational decision-making.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond positively to changing priorities, learn new processes quickly, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Apply a people-first approach in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent self-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a logical and thoughtful approach to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently, showing initiative and a proactive mindset.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate people and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
