About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and communications.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers, providing support and directing inquiries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
