🔍 What You’ll Do (See Full Job Description Here)
- Greet clients, visitors, and vendors while maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.
- Answer and route multi-line phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments and meetings.
- Provide daily administrative support across departments and offices.
- Open, sort, scan, and distribute mail, documents, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate paper and electronic filing systems and client records.
- Assist with tax return assembly, document organization, and seasonal workflow support.
- Support firmwide projects, workflow coordination, and general office organization.
- Help maintain office supplies, shared spaces, and a clean, organized environment.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional services or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during tax season (January–April 15).
