Enjoy a collaborative work environment from Nashville's most iconic building featuring company-paid on-site parking, a cafe, gym, dry-cleaning services, and more.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Work Style:&nbsp;</strong>In-person, Monday – Friday</p> <p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p> <p>As Hankook continues to grow as a market leader in North America, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support multiple members of the senior leadership team and help drive operational efficiency across departments.</p> <p data-start="627" data-end="987">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping teams organized, solving problems, managing competing priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key partner to leadership by handling administrative and operational responsibilities that help departments function more effectively and efficiently.</p> <p data-start="989" data-end="1275">The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This individual should be comfortable managing sensitive information, coordinating across teams, and acting as a gatekeeper for executive time and priorities.</p> <p><strong>Objectives</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support senior leadership to ensure company goals and operational priorities are achieved efficiently</li> <li>Maintain and improve internal administrative processes and workflows</li> <li>Coordinate schedules, communications, and operational logistics across departments</li> <li>Help keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly</li> <li>Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative and office-related matters</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage executive scheduling, calendars, meetings, and communications</li> <li>Coordinate internal and external meetings, including off-site arrangements</li> <li>Handle travel arrangements and logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries</li> <li>Process invoices, expenses, and payment requests through company software systems</li> <li>Assist with budget tracking and expense management for leadership team members</li> <li>Provide office management support, including ordering and maintaining office supplies</li> <li>Serve as the main point of contact for company vehicle coordination and office parking</li> <li>Organize team communications, events, and administrative workflows</li> <li>Act as a gatekeeper for executive schedules and priorities</li> <li>Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding company operations and leadership matters</li> <li>Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li>Project management or coordination experience preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> <li>Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software systems</li> <li>Highly adaptable, dependable, and solutions-oriented</li> <li>Prior administrative experience is helpful but not required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.&nbsp; They are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.</em></p> <p><em>Hankook Tire is an equal opportunity employer.
