We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with proven experience using Central Reach. This role is critical in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client records and scheduling through Central Reach
- Assist with onboarding new clients and staff within the Central Reach platform
- Generate reports, track progress notes, and ensure compliance with documentation standards
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle internal communications
- Support billing and payroll processes using Central Reach tools
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Provide general administrative support including email correspondence, file management, and data entry
π― Qualifications:
- β Minimum 1β2 years of hands-on experience with Central Reach (this is non-negotiable)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorβs degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or behavioral services is a plus
