About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our fleet management operations. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the fleet team, ensuring smooth coordination of vehicle operations, maintenance, and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tracking and scheduling vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs for the fleet.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet vehicles, including registration, insurance, and service history.
- Coordinate the dispatch and allocation of vehicles as per the company’s requirements.
- Process invoices and documentation related to fleet maintenance and operations.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely services and repairs.
- Prepare and maintain reports on fleet performance, usage, and costs
- Assist in fleet-related audits and regulatory compliance.
- Handle daily correspondence and communication with other departments and team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fleet management or a related field, preferably in the vehicle assembling industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and fleet management systems is a plus.
