About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our reception team. The role involves managing daily office operations, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s office and reception records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
