About the role
Responsibilities:
- Retrieving and bundling Government‑requested case files for Government personnel.
- Re‑shelving files returned by Government personnel in the proper locations.
- Matching and attaching incoming correspondence to the correct case files.
- Supporting naturalization ceremonies by printing and distributing naturalization certificates and assisting with applicant documentation.
- Escorting applicants, collecting and logging green cards, and assisting with general ceremony logistics.
- Supporting the processing and preparation of forms and applications used in the adjudication process.
- Scanning large, multi‑page documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Performing additional clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Active Tier 3 Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Strong ability to read and understand English proficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, detail‑oriented environment.
- Comfort performing tasks that require bending, reaching, and physical mobility.
