About the role
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and bundle Government requested files for review.
- Re shelve files returned by Government personnel.
- Connect incoming correspondence to the appropriate shelved files.
- Support naturalization ceremonies, including printing and distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation.
- Escort applicants, collect and log green cards, and provide general ceremony support.
- Support form and application processing throughout the adjudication workflow.
- Scan large, multi page documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance issued through the Government.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, bend, climb, stoop, and reach as required.
- Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
- Experience supporting Government operations or high volume documentation environments
- Ability to read and understand English proficiently.
- Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, climbing, stooping, and reaching.
