About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and bundle Government requested files for review.
  • Re shelve files returned by Government personnel.
  • Connect incoming correspondence to the appropriate shelved files.
  • Support naturalization ceremonies, including printing and distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation.
  • Escort applicants, collect and log green cards, and provide general ceremony support.
  • Support form and application processing throughout the adjudication workflow.
  • Scan large, multi page documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance issued through the Government.
  • Physical capability to lift, carry, bend, climb, stoop, and reach as required.
  • Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
  • Experience supporting Government operations or high volume documentation environments
  • Ability to read and understand English proficiently.
  • Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, climbing, stooping, and reaching.
