Weβre looking for a <strong>bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Coordinator</strong> to be the face of our front office while supporting our team with key administrative and light accounting tasks.<br><br></div>
<div>This is not your typical receptionist role. As the face of A&C Plastics, you'll help support customers, visitors, and internal teams while keeping the office running smoothly.</div>

<div><strong>Front Office & Customer Experience</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with a polished, professional presence</li>
<li>Answer and direct multiple phone lines with efficiency and warmth</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized lobby, showroom, and sample areas</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Administrative Coordination</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Confirm and follow up on customer orders</li>
<li>Provide accurate order status updates</li>
<li>Coordinate communication between customers, sales team, and warehouse</li>
<li>
<div>Distribute mail and support internal office needs</div>
</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Light Accounting Support</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Process payments (credit card, check, cash)</li>
<li>Assist with basic accounting-related tasks and documentation</li>
<li>Support the accounting team with overflow and administrative needs</li>
</ul>
<div><strong>Team Support</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>Assist leadership, sales, and customer service teams as needed</li>
<li>Help with company initiatives like thank-you cards, giveaways, and office coordination</li>
<li>Jump in wherever needed β we operate as a team</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>What You Bring:<br></strong>β
<strong><u data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose">Fluent in English & Spanish</u> (REQUIRED)</strong></div>
<div>β
<strong>2+ years</strong> of experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles <br>β
<strong>Experience with basic accounting tasks or financial processing (preferred)</strong><br>β
Highly organized with strong attention to detail<br>β
Professional, personable, and customer-focused<br>β
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment<br>β
Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel<br></strong>β
Team-oriented mindset with a βno task is too smallβ attitude<br>β
Comfortable working on a PC<br>πͺ Willing to stay flexible and help where needed<br><br>
