About the role
Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Data Entry Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing spreadsheets, processing invoices, handling collections-related activities, and ensuring information is properly uploaded and organized within company systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
- Upload and organize documents in Google Docs and related platforms.
- Support collections processes and maintain corresponding records.
- Prepare, process, and track invoices.
- Perform data entry tasks while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital documentation and files.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination duties.
- Communicate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous administrative, secretarial, or data entry experience is preferred
