About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Data Entry Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing spreadsheets, processing invoices, handling collections-related activities, and ensuring information is properly uploaded and organized within company systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
  • Upload and organize documents in Google Docs and related platforms.
  • Support collections processes and maintain corresponding records.
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices.
  • Perform data entry tasks while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain digital documentation and files.
  • Assist with general administrative and coordination duties.
  • Communicate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous administrative, secretarial, or data entry experience is preferred
