Role Overview
The Junior Administrator provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. They handle a broad range of duties, from data entry, filing, and correspondence management to scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate records and databases. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, they assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents, while also managing office supplies and inventory. Adaptable and detail-oriented, they step in wherever needed to help the team meet its organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update office records and databases accurately.
- Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Assist with inventory management and office supplies procurement.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external partners.
- Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned to help the team meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Some administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory—willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
