<p><strong>Core Job Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong> Admissions Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the school’s programs, ensuring every communication is handled with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage parent communications across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring timely responses and high service standards.</li>
<li>Guide families to appropriate resources and schedule campus visits, tours, trials, and events, coordinating closely with campus teams to ensure a seamless on‑site experience.</li>
<li>Develop a strong understanding of parent concerns and frequently asked questions, sharing insights with Marketing to refine messaging and improve parent experience.</li>

<p><strong> Marketing</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain complete and accurate lead, visit, and conversion records in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Produce reports on funnel performance, forecasting, conversion rates, and parent feedback to support data‑driven decision making.</li>
<li>Analyse admissions trends to identify opportunities to enhance conversion and overall admissions performance.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Collaboration with Campus Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Head of School to align admissions efforts with classroom capacity, staffing, and program requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with guides and teaching teams to schedule student trials, observations, and placements.</li>
<li>Provide leadership with insights on parent expectations, market trends, community preferences, and competitive positioning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>We're looking for someone who has: </p>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin</li>
<li>2–4 years of experience in admissions, customer service, hospitality, or sales</li>
<li>Experience in education or early childhood sector is an advantage</li>
<li>Warm, engaging interpersonal skills and strong presentation abilities</li>
<li>High attention to detail and strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.</li>
<li>Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools</li>
