This role emphasizes individualized, goal-oriented treatment and a positive therapeutic experience.</p> <hr data-start="1308" data-end="1311"> <p data-start="1313" data-end="1339"><strong data-start="1313" data-end="1337">Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="1340" data-end="1985"> <li data-section-id="urjsk6" data-start="1340" data-end="1436">Provide individual therapy to adolescent clients, with flexibility to work with young adults</li> <li data-section-id="puvbwu" data-start="1437" data-end="1534">Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans</li> <li data-section-id="1kx2for" data-start="1535" data-end="1623">Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as clinically appropriate</li> <li data-section-id="qmf7xx" data-start="1624" data-end="1725">Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans</li> <li data-section-id="1q04994" data-start="1726" data-end="1835">Collaborate with families, referral sources, and multidisciplinary team members to support client success</li> <li data-section-id="15qs6l2" data-start="1836" data-end="1909">Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and case consultations</li> <li data-section-id="hkevri" data-start="1910" data-end="1985">Support overall program needs and perform additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1987" data-end="1990"> <p data-start="1992" data-end="2012"><strong data-start="1992" data-end="2010">Qualifications</strong></p> <ul data-start="2013" data-end="2415"> <li data-section-id="aa0x91" data-start="2013" data-end="2106">Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field</li> <li data-section-id="vs3jlk" data-start="2107" data-end="2159">Completion of a clinical internship or practicum</li> <li data-section-id="ay4x3e" data-start="2160" data-end="2237">Experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or young adults preferred</li> <li data-section-id="1cuh60b" data-start="2238" data-end="2299">Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills</li> <li data-section-id="lv5lm0" data-start="2300" data-end="2356">Ability to work effectively with diverse populations</li> </ul> <hr data-start="2417" data-end="2420"> <p data-start="2422" data-end="2666"><strong data-start="2422" data-end="2439">Join Our Team</strong><br data-start="2439" data-end="2442">Make a meaningful impact by helping adolescents and young adults navigate their mental health and build a strong foundation for the future.
