<p><strong> What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality, person-centered social work that empowers adults with care and support needs.</li>
<li>Champion the principles of the <strong>Care Act 2014</strong> using a strengths-based approach.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored support plans.</li>
<li>Uphold statutory responsibilities while promoting independence and wellbeing.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A qualified Social Worker (BSc/MA in Social Work, Dip SW/HE or CQSW)</li>
<li>Registered with <strong>Social Work England</strong></li>
<li>Good understanding of the <strong>Care Act</strong>, <strong>Mental Capacity Act</strong>, <strong>Mental Health Act</strong>, and <strong>DoLS</strong></li>
<li>A commitment to inclusion, equity, and culturally responsive practice</li>
</ul>
