This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and thrives in a welcoming, collaborative, and supportive environment.</p> <p>If you’re looking for a meaningful career with flexibility, strong earning potential, and an exceptional team culture, we’d love to hear from you!</p> <hr> <h3><strong>Job Summary</strong></h3> <p>The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and treatment of patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician, in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.</p> <hr> <h3><strong>What We Offer Our Clinicians</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive earning potential with base salary plus a lucrative bonus plan <em>(earn up to $200,000 annually)</em></li> <li>4 weeks of Paid Time Off &amp; Paid Holidays</li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting Day 1</li> <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match</li> <li>Paid malpractice insurance</li> <li>CME allowance</li> <li>Dedicated Medical Assistant support</li> <li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Essential Functions</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Provide outpatient medical consultation services under physician supervision</li> <li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for new and established patients</li> <li>Conduct follow-up care and ongoing patient management</li> <li>Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies</li> <li>Prescribe medications and initiate specialty referrals as appropriate</li> <li>Participate in rotating on-call coverage for after-hours emergency phone calls</li> <li>Administer and order medications and treatments</li> <li>Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)</li> <li>Perform comprehensive patient physicals and preventive care services</li> <li>Provide patient and family education regarding conditions and treatment plans</li> <li>Supervise and coordinate patient care support staff within the clinic</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with the Nurse Protocol Agreement</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Urgent Care (<strong>required</strong>)</li> <li>Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (<strong>required</strong>)</li> <li>Current Georgia licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant (<strong>required</strong>)</li> <li>Current board certification (AANP or ANCC for NPs; NCCPA for PAs) (<strong>required</strong>)</li> <li>DEA registration or eligibility to obtain (<strong>preferred</strong>)</li> <li>Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Join Aylo Health</strong></h3> <p>At Aylo Health, we’re committed to caring for our patients and supporting the providers who care for them.
