Advanced Social Worker - Disabled Children’s Service

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Liquid Personnel is recruiting Advanced Social Worker for its client's Disabled Children’s Service Team at Devon.<br>An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Disabled Children’s Service in South Devon. This is a full-time position (37 hours, Monday–Friday) offering a balance of home and office working, with attendance in Totnes required for duty days (minimum 1–2 days per week) and visits across the locality.<br></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">You will hold act as Advanced Practitioner within a team of Social Workers supporting caseloads of children and young people, including CIN, CP and Children in Care, with a focus on children with disabilities.
