Job Overview 综述
The process technician will perform polymer processing in the EM processing lab to support the EM technical groups.
Responsibilities 职责
1.Set up, operate and improve injection molding processes in the lab
2.Support and provide technical input to research projects
3.Troubleshoot injection molding problems
4.Maintain accurate records in a computer system
5.Maintain a safe and clean work environment
6.Perform some equipment modification, maintenance and repairs
Qualifications 要求
1.Junior college degree or above with chemistry, polymer and mechanical background
2.3 years' experience with polymer processing
3.Experience in hands-on injection molding of thermoplastics and mold changing
4.Good sense of safety, health and environment, working safety according to company EHS policy
5.Good interpersonal and communication skills and commitment to teamwork
6.Candidates with CNC operating experience are preferred
