At Coveo, we’re looking for someone who can bridge People, systems, and execution to help us evolve the way our HR technology ecosystem supports the business.</p> <p>This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, project management, and enterprise systems. You’ll partner closely with People leaders, Information Systems &amp; Technologies, and executive stakeholders to translate HR needs into scalable solutions across platforms like Workday and our applicant tracking systems.</p> <h4><strong>As our Senior Advisor, People Systems, you will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Evaluate processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions adapted to Coveo’s reality and growth stage.</li> <li>Own and drive cross-functional HR systems initiatives, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and adoption.</li> <li>Partner with People teams to translate operational and strategic needs into clear system requirements and implementation plans.</li> <li>Act as the main bridge between HR and IS, ensuring priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs stay aligned with business goals.</li> <li>Support the evolution of Coveo’s HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer and Systems leaders, to influence roadmap decisions and improve employee experience through technology.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.</li> <li>Strong understanding of enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or ERP platforms such as Workday, without necessarily being deeply configuration-focused.</li> <li>Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables.</li> <li>Solid project management skills, including prioritization, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What will make you stand out:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience working in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.</li> <li>Exposure to HR technology ecosystems beyond HCMs, such as performance management or applicant tracking systems.</li> <li>Experience scaling processes and systems in mid-sized organizations balancing enterprise ambitions with pragmatic execution.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and the ability to challenge ideas constructively while building trust across teams.</li> </ul> <p>Do you think you can bring this role to life?
