Advisor Programs, Westpac Foundation & Scholars

This role supports the delivery of Westpac Foundation & Westpac Scholars Trust's grants and scholarships, with a strong focus on digital platforms and AI tools.
You’ll coordinate funding rounds end to end — from application setup through to assessments, agreements, payments and acquittals — ensuring everything is delivered accurately on time and in line with governance requirements.

The role also involves managing systems like SmartyGrants, maintaining high-quality data, supporting impact reporting and working with stakeholders across the business and externally. You’ll use data, reporting tools and AI-enabled systems to improve processes and outcomes for communities and scholars.

This full-time role is based in Sydney, with a strong focus on digital tools and collaboration.
 

• Experience in grants, scholarships or program administration
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills, particularly across multiple program timelines
• Experience working within governance, compliance or structured process environments
• Confidence using digital platforms (SmartyGrants experience is a plus)
• Comfortable working with data — maintaining quality, supporting reporting and extracting insights
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple program cycles
