Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune AI models, including LLM-based systems, for real-world applications
• Optimize AI models and pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI systems into production environments
• Work with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support deployment, monitoring, and scaling
• Drive applied research in areas such as fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and model efficiency
• Communicate AI capabilities and trade-offs to product and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate AEC requirements into technical solutions

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience in the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or related domains
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and/or agent-based systems
• Experience developing and deploying AI models into production systems
• Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI frameworks
• Experience optimizing models for inference speed, reliability, and cost
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with large language models and RAG-based systems
• Exposure to multi-modal or generative AI systems
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, etc.)
• Familiarity with MLOps, cloud-based deployment, and monitoring
• Experience contributing to long-term research or client-facing AI projects
