Aesthetic Body Specialist

What You Will Do

• Provide client consultations and perform body treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives (these may include but are not limited to CoolSculpting, Venus, ReBalance) 
• Build our body treatment business; utilize existing client base while building new client base to meet/exceed goals 
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations 
• Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for body treatments 
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company 
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products 
• Cross-sell complementary services available in our facility 
• Keep track of and update client charts; take before and after photos, add notes to charts 
• Attend monthly trainings/meetings 
• When not with clients, assisting in other clinic operations including but not limited to greeting clients, selling services and light cleaning 
• Assist with other duties as assigned 
• Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training 

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required 
• Aesthetician License or Medical Assistant Certification in state of practice preferred but not necessary 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers 
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.  
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision 
• Proficient with email and Word 
• Availability to work evenings and weekends 
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred 
• Social Media experience a plus 
• Existing clientele a plus

  • Standing, bending or stooping 
  • Use of hands and arms to touch, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls
  • Reaching with hands and arms
  • Repeating of same movements
  • Talking and hearing
• Occasional periods of: 
  • Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing
  • Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery
