About the role

Role Description:
The role of the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist is focused on developing and growing Trodo's affiliate partnerships and influencer marketing activities across Scandinavia, the Baltics, and Europe to drive revenue growth, increase conversions, improve partner performance, and identify new growth opportunities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Trodo's affiliate programs across various affiliate networks and platforms, including CJ, Adtraction, Propelbon, and others
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners, including publishers, content websites, price comparison platforms, and other partnership channels
  • Optimize affiliate performance through commission strategies, promotional campaigns, incentive programs, and product feed management
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing performance, including traffic, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, and return on investment
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing activities aligned with Trodo's brand and business objectives
  • Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and others
  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, negotiations, campaign briefing, execution, coordination, and reporting
  • Identify new growth opportunities through partnerships, influencer platforms, and international markets


Requirements:

  • Previous 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Awin, CJ, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, CPA, ROAS, and return on investment metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently manage priorities, multiple campaigns, and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership of results
  • Initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to identify new growth opportunities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, content, SEO, localization, and other business teams
  • Proficiency in English is essential for communication with foreign customers

Considered as an advantage:

  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools such as Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar platforms
  • Experience with performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and related tools
  • Experience working with international markets
