About the role

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for Sales and a genuine interest in affiliate marketing to start a career in the role of Jr Affiliate Manager.


 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies for B2B affiliations in iGaming, including partnerships with operators, software providers, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, helping to grow our network and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain listings and enhance visibility on Revpanda’s platforms, coordinating marketing efforts targeted at B2B audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and support optimization of the affiliate program.
  • Conduct market research to identify quality services in iGaming and assist in onboarding new partnerships.
  • Support the organization of marketing activities with partners after agreement signing to maximize collaboration.



Requirements:

  • Understanding of affiliate program creation and optimization.
  • Ability to identify and develop partnerships that align with the strengths and needs of both parties.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English (spoken, reading and writing).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience communicating via different channels on daily basis.
  • Self-discipline and can-do, curious and positive attitude; high stress-resistance.
  • Strong communication and a passion for sales, account management and relationship-building.
  • Professional communication and business etiquette.

Good to have:

  • Experience in affiliation, marketing, sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Excel.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Development or a related field.
  • Experience within the iGaming industry.
