We're now building and scaling our affiliate operation in Brazil — one of our most strategic markets — and we're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead this channel from the ground up.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Own and develop the affiliate marketing strategy for Brazil, working closely with internal leadership to build and scale the channel.
  • Manage and grow our current affiliate partner network in Brazil, while actively recruiting new high-quality partners.
  • Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Brazilian affiliate channel, with a clear focus on FTD growth and ROI.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of our affiliate platform (MyAffiliates), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and partner setup.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key Brazilian affiliates, ensuring strong, consistent communication and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all affiliate materials — campaigns, bonus offers, and links — are up to date and that affiliate websites represent BetWarrior in a compliant and brand-aligned manner.
  • Run affiliate channel performance analysis using different attribution models and optimize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align affiliate strategy with broader Brazil acquisition goals.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, including traffic, FTDs, deposits, and ROI by partner.
  • Prepare finance reconciliation reports (commissions, invoices, payments) in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Monitor traffic quality on an ongoing basis, identifying and addressing incentivized, low-retention, or fraudulent traffic patterns.
  • Support the implementation and testing of affiliate tracking setups in collaboration with tech/BI teams.
  • Work with the design team to deliver landing pages and creative assets for affiliate partners.


We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming / betting industry, with a proven track record of building and scaling affiliate channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset, with experience using Power BI and/or Data Studio.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, ideally MyAffiliates (or similar: NetRefer, Income Access).
  • Solid negotiation skills and an established network of affiliate contacts in gaming, betting, or fintech.
  • Ownership mentality — proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Brazil.
  • Availability to attend the office in Sao Paulo 3 times a week


Bonus Points if You Also Have:

  • Experience working with planning tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile methodologies.
  • Academic background in Digital Marketing or Mobile Marketing.
