Senior Affiliate Manager - Crypto Casino

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our affiliate marketing program within the fast-growing crypto casino industry. This role focuses on managing high-value affiliate partnerships, driving crypto-native customer acquisition, and identifying new growth opportunities across global markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, blockchain-based payments, player behavior in crypto gambling, and how crypto casinos operate both commercially and technically. They will use this knowledge to build strong affiliate relationships and maximize acquisition performance in a rapidly evolving Web3-driven vertical.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines affiliate marketing expertise with genuine crypto industry knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategy aligned with crypto casino growth objectives

• Manage and grow relationships with crypto affiliates, influencers, streamers, Telegram/KOLs, and Web3 media partners

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new crypto-native affiliates globally

• Negotiate agreements including CPA, revenue share, hybrid deals, and fixed fees

• Monitor performance using KPIs such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and ROI

• Analyze traffic quality and ensure fraud prevention and compliance

• Optimize crypto-focused creatives, funnels, and landing pages for conversion

• Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, payments, CRM, and marketing teams

• Track crypto market trends, token movements, and Web3 gambling innovations

• Attend crypto and iGaming conferences to build partnerships and expand network

• Provide detailed reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights to leadership

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in affiliate marketing within crypto gambling, casino, or iGaming

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, wallets, blockchain, and payment flows

• Proven success managing high-performing affiliate programs

• Strong network within crypto affiliates, KOLs, Telegram groups, and Web3 communities

• Ability to analyze traffic quality and optimize performance

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Commercial mindset with ability to identify fast growth opportunities

• Experience with tracking platforms (NetRefer, MyAffiliates, RavenTrack, etc.)

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital acquisition channels

• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial

• Personal interest in crypto, DeFi, or Web3 strongly preferred
