We're growing fast and looking to build a high-performing affiliate program that puts us in front of the right audiences through trusted voices and partners.</p> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>We're looking for an affiliate marketing operator who can build and run our affiliate program from the ground up — or take a scrappy early program and scale it into a meaningful acquisition channel. You know the ecosystem: the networks, the publishers, the influencers, the deal structures, and how to keep partners activated and performing.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role. You'll own the channel end to end — recruiting partners, negotiating terms, managing payouts, and optimizing for cost-per-patient.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Build and manage LumiMeds' affiliate and partner program across networks (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or similar) and direct relationships</li> <li>Recruit and onboard high-fit affiliates — health bloggers, wellness creators, comparison sites, coupon platforms, email publishers, and telehealth review sites</li> <li>Negotiate commission structures, CPA deals, and hybrid arrangements that align partner incentives with patient LTV</li> <li>Activate and re-engage existing partners — create promotions, provide creative assets, and run performance reviews</li> <li>Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all affiliate placements</li> <li>Work with legal/compliance to ensure all affiliate messaging meets FDA/FTC guidelines for health and compounded medication claims</li> <li>Report on affiliate contribution: new patients, revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV by partner segment</li> <li>Identify and test adjacent partnership models — referral programs, loyalty integrations, co-marketing deals</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs — brand side or agency</li> <li>Direct experience with at least one major affiliate network (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or similar)</li> <li>Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures</li> <li>Experience recruiting and managing publisher and creator relationships at scale</li> <li>Familiarity with fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and brand safety in affiliate channels</li> <li>Data-driven — comfortable pulling reports, building dashboards, and making optimization decisions from performance data</li> <li>Bonus: experience in telehealth, DTC health, wellness, or subscription businesses</li> <li>Bonus: existing relationships with health/wellness publishers, comparison sites, or coupon platforms</li> </ul> <h2>What This Is Not</h2> <p>This is not a "set up the network and wait" role. We need someone who actively recruits, activates, and optimizes partners — not someone who manages a program passively from a dashboard.</p> <h2>Engagement</h2> <p>Part-time contractor.
